In this 1:1 mentorship, we’ll look at how your daily habits, choices, and thoughts affect how you feel in your body and your life. Together, we’ll work on creating a healthier relationship with food, emotions, and yourself. Using tools like Dieta, Somatic Work, and Mindfulness, I’ll guide you to feel more confident in your choices and find new ways to handle challenges so you can move forward in life.

Month 1: Preparation
Building Your Foundation
Daily Ritual Creation: Develop a personalized daily practice that builds the foundation for your body, mind, and spirit.
Self-Observation: We’ll explore your relationship to food, media, energy, emotions, and intuition, discovering the tools you already have while introducing new ones.
Your Creative Power: Learn how to direct your creative energy, symbolized by Kundalini rising, and use it to cultivate a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Choosing Your Plant Ally: Together, we will select the plant for your dieta and create a container for your experience, setting the stage for deep transformation.
Month 2: Dieta
Directing the flow of your creativity
Simplified Consumption: During the dieta, we’ll simplify your consumption to certain foods, media, & other attachments—so you can connect with your goals in a distraction-free environment.
Creative Project: At some point in the process, we will work on a creative project of your choice— like a personal medicine song, a multimedia art project, or a sacred tool— to anchor your transformation in daily life.
Emotional Support: Receive personalized support throughout your dieta, using tools like somatic practices, mirror work, and meditation to transform dense emotions into vibrant energy.
Month 3: Integration
Anchoring your transformation
Ceremony of Simple Pleasures: Together, we will create a ceremony to honor and transform your relationship with simple pleasures, fostering greater balance and clarity moving forward.
Sustaining Fulfillment and Purpose: Learn how to maintain the elevated sense of fulfillment you’ve cultivated, ensuring that you continue to direct your creative energy towards the alignment of your purpose.
Continued Creative Integration: We will reflect on the progress of your creative project, ensuring it becomes a lasting anchor for your growth and transformation.

In these 3 months together, you will receive:
Two-hour Opening ceremony (Via Zoom): This is where we set the foundation and initiate you into your next phase of transformation.
One-hour Simple Pleasures Ceremony (via Zoom): A dedicated ceremony to immerse in the joy of simple pleasures, helping you connect with the beauty of everyday moments and cultivate mindful consumption.
One-hour Closing ceremony (Via Zoom): A sacred space to reflect on your transformation, integrate your journey, and celebrate your growth.
Nine, one hour, personalized zoom calls: Tailored guidance and support to help you in directing your creative energy and cultivate lasting fulfillment.
Telegram chat support: Available during specific times and days for ongoing guidance and to help you navigate any challenges between our sessions.
